Developments in the coronavirus crisis are going rapidly and have a major impact on our healthcare, society and economy.
In order to prevent the spread of the virus and to protect your safety and that of our employees as well as possible, the SVgroup closely follows the guidelines of the Dutch RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment), in which we want to be of service to you in the best possible way. Physical contact will be avoided and personal contact will mainly be possible by phone, e-mail, video conferencing and apps. Personal visits to our office and our factory are currently not possible.

Delivery of goods in Rijssen
For the delivery of goods at our company location in Rijssen, we ask your employee(s) to respect the 1.5-metre spacing guideline during unloading and to follow the instructions of our employee’s logistics and forwarding.
Pickup counter spare parts closed
It is not possible to pick up ordered spare parts yourself at our pickup counter in Rijssen until further notice. In consultation with you, we will ensure that the parts ordered by you are sent by parcel service or freight carrier. In case of emergencies, we ask you to contact our service department directly, in order to make suitable arrangements for delivery.
Service staff
Our mobile service staff will maintain an appropriate personal distance (min. 1.5 metres) in the event of urgent on-site service demands and we request you to offer the machine to be repaired or serviced in such a way that this distance is sufficiently guaranteed.
