The Premiumject 1200 is with 12 meters the widest Veenhuis slurry injector
The Veenhuis Premiumject slurry injector is especially suitable for use behind drag hose systems and self-propelled fertilising vehicles. The Premiumject 1200 is the only model with a working width of 12 metres. Unlike other Veenhuis slurry injectors, the Premiumject 1200 is equipped with 40mm hoses and a vertical cutting device. The Premiumject slurry injectors feature the unique 3-piece disc, which remains sharp even during use. This construction ensures that the sward is not damaged. With the parallelogram features, the Premiumject is especially suitable for fertilising cereal fields.
Two discs are suspended from each element. The element moves up and down by means of a hydraulically sprung parallelogram. Because the hydraulic cylinders are connected to each other, the pressure on each element is the same over the entire working width. The elements are both track following and soil following and therefore have a perfect soil adaptation. This makes the slurry injector very suitable for rough terrain and large working widths. The specially formed spout ensures an optimal discharge of the manure.
With a disc distance of 18.75 cm in combination with the standard pneumatic foot valves, the Premiumject slurry injector can also be used for in-row fertilisation. An automatic section control by RTK-GPS can be delivered.
