For the application of slurry via drag hose injectors Veenhuis offers the Premiumject 1200 injector with a swivel arm construction or a rail arm.
Rail arm
The slurry injector with a rail arm construction has an integrated rail construction through which the hose is moved when turning on the headland.
Swivel arm
The swivel arm is connected to the front linkage and the front loader system of the tractor. As a result, the weight distribution is ideal. The arm can rotate freely through 360 degrees and therefore always takes the ideal tow line and, on the headland, the maximum relief on the hose. This system has prevailed over other drag hose systems in recent years.
Both slurry injectors are standard equipped with the well-known Veenhuis Isobus system. This electro-hydraulic control is located on the slurry injector. Through a unique parallelogram system the outlet of the slurry injector is always at an angle of 90 degrees to the ground. This creates an optimal discharge of the slurry. Because the pressure cylinders are connected to each other and can be regulated proportionally, the pressure is the same on every element. The outlets are equipped with pneumatic foot valves, which make it possible to work with an automatic section cut-off.
The large wheels are connected to a lifting device. This relieves the burden on the tractor even when turning at the headlands. The Premiumject slurry injectors are equipped with two vertical cutting distributors which ensure optimum slurry distribution. The distributor has a unique cutting system, which feeds 32 outlet tubes with a diameter of 40mm. All functions of the slurry injector are operated via an Isobus control unit. This makes the operation very easy. The Isobus control also offers the possibility to work with task cards, create an automatic section cut-off or connect a NIRS sensor.
